What was the highlight of Occidental Bilbao
Great location with secure parking for small camper
Walking down the camino from the church next to the hotel down to the old town. Everything is close by with many kids play areas. We could park our small campervan in the hotel car park and it was easy to walk and take the metro everywhere we wanted to go.
The outdoor pool was not open in April and the indoor pool is only for adults so we could not swim with our child.

Great location and lovely staff!
The staff were so helpful sorting out the wifi. We needed to work in the lobby so that was good. It was a good location to sight see from.
The pools weren’t available to use.

Nice hotel
Shower didn’t work the water was coming back up I told reception and was fobbed off . We had a ferry to catch so was not able to shower before leaving .
